Before you commission me, Please remember that my art style gets some improvement and may have some changes in how I draw body parts or render.

I have the right to refuse the order for personal reasons or if the artist think that it’s beyond her expertise.

Please read the terms of service before ordering. My price are the base price for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes. The base price is for each-character, please contact me first if you requested for the multiple characters commission.

You get JPG/PNG file.

Canvas size is fixed. I use A4 or 3000x3000 pixels, with 300dpi.

Purchasing a commission means you agree to all the points below.

This is a digital service, no physical copy (printed art) or shipping included / needed.

The artist has the right to refuse the order for personal reasons or if the artist think that it’s beyond her expertise. Every commission is influenced by my style strengths and preferences.

The artist owns the rights to the artworks and can use the arts freely for portfolio/ advertising the service (credit for the client will be given properly).

The client has to provide a character sheet/ art when ordering an original character. Which means has been designed by you (has been drawn by you or other artist), has full references and not separated images from different sources. If not, I'll charge the some fee.

Orders will be processed in 2-7 weeks, it can be soon or longer according to the queue and my other project schedule. You can track the progress on Progress Tracker.

For now I only accept payment from BCA/Jenius for local payment and PayPal for International Payment.

Upfront payment, right after I'm done checking the references and confirming your commission order. It might take some time, so please be patient.

No cancelation. No refund. Full refunds are allowed if I take more than 5 months without progress OR if you have an emergency, otherwise I won't allow it. Partial refunds will be considered if started.

Fill the commission form. After the commission form is submitted, I'll check your character references. Confirmation notice will be sent to your social media or email.

Invoice & Payment. After I received the payment your name will be noted as paid client.

Review the sketch. I will draw the sketch based on your references. The sketch is semi-rough sketch, the lineart result might be different.

Progress & Last revision. The progress steps are Sketch > Lineart > Coloring > Finishing. I'll send the coloring progress before finishing the commission.

Commission Finished. Hi-res files (with watermark & without watermark) will temporarily uploaded on Google Drive, please save your commission results as soon as possible.
